Fonte: Tigre Tiene Todo (No site o mapa é grande e clicável!)
Cruzando a ponte…
Vista do Río Tigre
Decidimos então ignorar a varanda ao ar livre, onde batia sol, e preferimos o salão interno, ainda bem vazio àquela hora:
A varanda do Tanto la Quería

Hello,
There are only two types of businesses now:
Companies already using AI.
And businesses that will look outdated beside them.
This change is moving faster than many teams realize.
Customers already expect immediate replies. Relevant suggestions on demand. A real response the moment they arrive.
Plain websites are starting to lose against sites that can answer, guide, and qualify visitors in real time.
The shift is simple: from clicking around to asking and getting answers.
Olleh AI helps businesses upgrade their websites with AI voice + chat agents trained on their business, services, and workflows.
The companies moving fastest are not waiting for a perfect moment.
They are already training AI to handle customer attention before others catch up.
Leave your competitors behind:

Hey there,
The AI advantage compounds every month
Most businesses still think AI is a future upgrade.
It isn’t.
AI is already becoming an operational advantage.
Every month a company waits, faster competitors build:
– More customer data
– Faster response systems
– More accurate buyer-intent signals
– More efficient support handling
– Higher conversion rates
The distance grows.
Fast.
We have seen this movie before with:
– Mobile-first businesses
– E-commerce
– Organic search
– Social media marketing
Early adopters won. Late adopters struggled to catch up.
AI is likely to be bigger than those shifts combined.
The businesses training AI on their services today are making tomorrow’s competition more difficult for everyone else.
See it in action: https://theollehai.com

Hi there,
Every month you delay, competitors get stronger
Many companies still treat AI like a future project.
That is already outdated thinking.
AI is already becoming an operational advantage.
Every month a company waits, faster competitors build:
– More customer data
– Better systems for answering without delay
– Sharper lead qualification
– Less wasted human time on repetitive questions
– Higher conversion rates
The gap compounds.
Fast.
This is the same pattern we saw with:
– Businesses that adapted early to mobile
– Online buying
– Organic search
– Customer attention through social channels
Businesses that moved early built momentum while others were still debating.
This AI shift is larger because it changes how customers interact with the business itself.
Companies adding conversational AI now are creating advantages that get harder to match later.
Leave your competitors behind: https://theollehai.com
Thanks,

There are more GPUs available now than ever before, ranging from budget options to high-end RTX 5000 and RX 9000 GPUs. Yet most comparison platforms still depend on synthetic scores, which fail to represent real in-game FPS.

FPSBench offers a full GPU index powered by real in-game FPS benchmarks, allowing users to evaluate hundreds of GPUs side-by-side. From legacy GPUs to the newest releases, everything is benchmarked consistently.
If your content targets gamers or PC builders, this is a high-value resource to reference, it replaces guesswork with real performance data.

Hello there,
Built out my ninth PBN site this quarter and the slow part was never the hosting or the domains, it was recreating something that looked like a real site with real history. Hand-writing filler just to fill pages eats the whole week.
I started running every new PBN through Restorix to drop in the archived version of whatever was on that IP or domain before. Now each property launches with archived content and structure from day one, cutting setup time by more than half.
The difference in how these sites read to both visitors and crawlers is night and day. They don’t have that obvious template smell you get from spun or manufactured pages.
For network builds, skip the hours of filler and see what is already available at https://therestorix.com

Hey there,
Scored a killer expired domain this month with a clean backlink profile, but the moment I gained access the site was a blank parked page. Normally that’s a fresh start with zero direction on what actually performed there before.
Restorix pulled the entire historical site from the Wayback Machine without me lifting a finger. The old posts, the category structure, the outbound links, all restored exactly as they were indexed years ago. It felt like getting the blueprint handed back instead of starting from a blank document.
For anyone in the expired domain game, being able to recover the historical site is the piece that turns a blank purchase into something you can work from.
